COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
To help meet global clients’ demands for our services, GHD targeted inter-office collaboration in 2007. This initiative supports our broader ‘Business Without Borders’ objective of delivering projects efficiently across the world with the right people throug global collaboration.
This initiative is allowing our clients to benefit through a capable and more flexible resource pool. Our people are gaining great personal fulfillment from working in a cross-cultural environment. Our performance is enhanced as our staff extend their technical skillsets through collaboration with staff from other countries.
Today, four offices in particular, Beijing and Changsha in China, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Manila in the Philippines, are staffed by more than 800 engineering and architectural personnel that lead the collaboration with project leaders in our global operations.
Our targeted inter-office collaboration in the 2008 financial year has contributed to the following projects:
