GHD's management structure is underpinned by the Practice
Management Group (PMG). As the company's executive management team,
the PMG is empowered by the GHD board to plan, manage and lead our
business.
Collaborative Approach
The PMG aims to provide supportive leadership to encourage a
client centred culture through one global network. Each month, the
PMG meets in a different location across the GHD network, which
enables our people and leaders to collaborate effectively towards a
common purpose.
Specifically, the PMG is responsible for:
- Implementing strategy
- Business performance management
- Systems, processes and policies
- People, culture and values
- Succession, leadership development
- Business plans and budget
