Since inception in 1987, has PCT provided a range of
engineering services to clients in the oil, gas and nining sectors.
The company successfully helped companies to develop, manage,
operate and maintain assets and provided strategic advisory and due
diligence services to the finance and business services
sectors.
Says GHD’s Western Australian Operating Centre Manager, Graham
Greenacre, “With more than 80 staff joining us in Perth, the
integration of PCT will help to create a stronger presence in the
market and enable us to serve our clients with a greater breadth of
capability. Growing our operations in Western Australia and
Queensland is a strategic move that will propel us to the forefront
of these markets and maintain our reputation as a leading provider
of professional services.
"We knew that PCT was a good cultural fit for our business
because of their commitment to delivering sustainable and
technicallysavvy outcomes, and because they align with GHD’s core
values of Teamwork, Respect and Integrity," says Greenacre.
"The merger builds on GHD’s traditional capabilities, by
combining PCT's oil and gas production, and processing facilities
experience. Together we are a powerful solution provider and we
look forward to working alongside our peers at GHD to serve clients
in Australia and around the world," says PCT’s Managing Director,
Gary Napier.
The Directors of PCT, Gary Napier, Geoff Longshaw and John
Walters, will assume senior management roles with GHD.
