One of the world’s leading engineering, architecture and
environmental consulting companies, GHD, has added new service
offerings in NSW that will provide more value for clients. The new
service offerings are Safety, and Commercial and Cost
Management.
Led by Mark Haydock, the Safety
Team provides a range of consulting services including:
- Safety management systems, auditing, site safety
management, workplace assessments, accident and incident
investigation, hazard identification and safety in design
- Hazardous materials and asbestos specialties
including surveying and assessment of property portfolios,
supervision of remediation works, air monitoring, and expert
witness services
- Occupational hygiene covering the monitoring and
assessment of contaminants or hazards in the occupational
environment
The Commercial and Cost Management Team is led by David
Lawson who has joined GHD from Evans & Peck. The team
comprises qualified advisors with extensive experience assisting
clients in the development and implementation of commercial and
cost management strategies tailored for their projects and
programs.
At GHD, commercial management focuses on developing
and implementing commercial frameworks that assist in the
management and administration of commercial and compliance
obligations. Complimenting this offering, cost management covers
risk-based estimating, value engineering, forecasting and
monitoring activities.
