Greg has more than 30 years’ experience as a consulting
engineering geologist. He is based in GHD’s Artarmon office in NSW.
Greg has provided services to the engineering, mining, construction
and development industries in Australia, Papua New Guinea, the
Solomon Islands, Fiji, New Zealand, India, the Middle East, and
Greg specialises in the accurate compilation and assessment of
engineering geological models of complex sites. His work is most
readily applied to the investigation and stabilisation of both
natural and excavated rock slopes, as well as tunnels and
underground openings. Greg has worked on some key projects with GHD
including the Sydney LPG Cavern beneath Botany Bay, the Epping to
Chatswood Rail Line tunnels and underground station caverns, and
rock fall and cliff collapse remediation projects in the Port Hills
district of Christchurch following the extreme Canterbury
earthquakes in New Zealand during 2010 and 2011.
