GHD vừa thực hiện dự án quy hoạch chi tiết cho Aquacity, một khu đô thị nằm kề bên thành phố Waterfront được đề xuất xây dựng của tỉnh Đồng Nai.

Khu đô thị được thực hiện do một tập đoàn quốc tế đa quốc gia đầu tư , tập đoàn VinaCapital, với sự tham gia của các nhà đầu tư trong nước như DonaCoop và Công ty cổ phần An Phú Long.

GHD cung cấp hàng loạt dịch vụ về phát triển đô thị cho thị trấn - từ quy hoạch đô thị và thiết kế đô thị thông qua đến cơ sở hạ tầng kỹ thuật và đô thị.

Dự án này đòi hỏi sự phát triển tích hợp và toàn diện của một loạt các khu dân cư, quận huyện, khu thương mại và khu nghỉ mát cũng như tất cả các thiết bị dân dụng, giáo dục, y tế và các phương tiện giải trí khác.
