Aquacity

GHD has prepared the detailed master plan for Aquacity, a development located adjacent to the proposed Waterfront City in Vietnam’s Dong Nai province.

The development is being undertaken by a consortia led by the diversified international corporation, VinaCapital, with participation from local organisations DonaCoop and An Phu Long JSC.

GHD is providing a comprehensive range of urban development services to realise the vision for the township – from urban planning and urban design through to technical and urban infrastructure.

This project entails the integrated and comprehensive development of a range of residential areas, commercial districts and resorts as well as all civic, educational, health and recreational facilities. Our teams will collaborate to provide concept development, detailed design and authority approvals.

Today's built environment presents complex challenges to society and the design professionals who shape it. No longer can projects be addressed in simple terms, as the community demands performance in every aspect of the development cycle. GHD is committed to delivering innovative projects that integrate social, cultural, economic and political values into sustainable design solutions. GHD's urban planners, architects, landscape architects, environmental scientists, building engineers, traffic and civil engineers are some of the in-house design professionals who form our powerful multi-disciplinary project teams.
