The Koola Beach apartments complex is constructed at Bargara Beach approximately 15km east of Bundaberg. The project delivers five levels of beachside apartments together with pool, landscaped areas and basement car parking.

GHD was commissioned by June Developments Pty Ltd to deliver a range of engineering services, including structural and civil design and documentation, as well as structural and civil inspection services during construction.
