One of GHD’s longest and most successful
infrastructure ventures in Malaysia includes two major mixed
development plans for Taman Maluri in Cheras and Happy Garden in
Old Kuchai Road.
Spanning 285 and 300 acres respectively, these
two projects have been underway for 25 years and are still
progressing today. GHD has provided structural, civil
infrastructure, mechanical and electrical engineering services in
this time.
These projects are comprised of a full range
of mixed development township planning services for shops, terrace
houses, flats condominiums and offices, as well as infrastructure
development of town centres. These developments have now become
prominent towns in Kuala Lumpur.
