GHD was engaged by Goodwin Constructions to obtain the relevant approvals for a new industrial facility at Darra, Queensland.

A Material Change of Use permit was required for the facility that now comprised a vehicle workshop, warehouse, spare parts store, and associated office and staff facilities.

Following approval of the project, GHD was asked to provide detailed design and documentation for the development site involving site grading (driveway access ramps and semi-trailer turnaround areas), pavement design, retaining wall design, stormwater quantity and quality design, and preparation of full construction drawings.
