GHD developed a scheme for the complete redevelopment of the Torquay Lawn Bowls site.

Extensive client and stakeholder consultation resulted in a scope of works that included one additional green, new and re-organised car parking, new bowls club facilities, and the possibility of incorporating both community and RSL spaces.

The resulting concept takes a contemporary approach to the building structure, nestled in a prime coastal setting.
