Equipment Rack Analysis and Design Using CFD Air Flow & Thermal Modelling

Victoria is rolling out a new Smartcard based ticket system for all train, tram and bus services, statewide. All equipment is ethernet based and has to be IP-addressable, even on the remotest country station platform.

Grafton Country Energy

Intensive planning and project management services have helped guide the design and construction of a new training facility for Country Energy in Grafton.

GHD provided full design and documentation services for a new training facility at Lawrence Road. The work included renovations to an existing building, a new outdoor covered area, a new workshop and a training room that were integrated with the existing facilities at the depot site.

This project is a large residential development in Changsha and is being developed by Hong Kong Henderson Land Development Company Ltd. The development has a land area of 241,038sq m and a total building area of 442,000sq m. GHD has undertaken the architectural design in phase one of the project working on a building area of 240,000sq m.

In 2003, GHD prepared the master plan for the redevelopment of Traeger Park. This process involved public consultation, scoping and concept development for any future upgrading of the facility.

Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Kedah

Zone 4 Package A of this high profile project at Universiti Utara Malaysia comprises an administration block, auditorium with seating capacity 4200 people, a library and a mosque.

The Ministry of Education commissioned GHD to deliver sub-structure and super-structure engineering designs. It also asked GHD to coordinate the project team including the client’s representative. In addition GHD provided civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; and performed the quantity survey role from inception through to completion of the project.
