David Marsden
David is a Director of Gutteridge Haskins and Davey Ltd and
leads its business in the UK. He has over 33 years professional
experience in the management, planning, investigation, design and
implementation of a wide range of infrastructure projects in the
transportation sector. In recent years David has held senior
executive positions in large UK companies. As well as the
traditional investigation, design and management tasks, he has been
responsible for developing strategies, establishing policies,
setting standards and financial analyses. He has worked on the
London Underground PPP project, the West Coast Main Line Upgrade
and has been involved in due diligence and acquisitions.

Jeremy Blake
Jeremy Blake has over 25 years of infrastructure development,
design and implementation experience. He is a Chartered Civil
Engineer with a background in the design and implementation of
major bridge and infrastructure projects. Jeremy’s specialist rail
bridge experience includes inspection, structural assessment and
checking, maintenance and strengthening schemes and design &
construction of new builds. He has also held a variety of
technical, commercial and business development roles including the
development of new service offerings. He has led commercial
negotiations on major contracts including claims resolution and the
development of private finance strategies.

Christian Roberts
Chris has extensive consulting experience in the UK and USA
transport sector, with over ten years experience in providing asset
management support services and a further five years experience
related to the maintenance of major engineering infrastructure. In
previous roles he has acted as the Head of Asset Management
Development for London Underground, Professional Head of
Asset Management within Metronet Rail (PPP partner of London
Underground) and as Programme Director for an Asset Management
Improvement Programme within rail industry. He has extensive
experience of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in the transport
sector and also of regulation in monopolistic markets. Chris is an
Endorsed Trainer through the Institute of Asset Management and has
delivered courses across the UK and provided short courses in the
USA.
