Most of Doug’s experience was gained during his 20-year career in the Australian Army, where he served as an officer in the Royal Australian Engineers.

Doug has developed a broad experience base across a wide range of projects and activities including construction engineering projects, project management, materiel acquisition, human resource management, senior executive assistance, training management, course development and instruction to trainees.

Doug has a current SECRET security clearance with Defence.
