Bala is a Professional Engineer with over 23
years of experience in the Water and Wastewater sector in
Ontario. Project experience includes include Class
Environmental Assessments, Individual Environmental Assessments,
design and construction for water mains, sewers, treatment
facilities and pump stations. Bala is a certified project
management professional (PMP) with experience in directing complex
and sensitive infrastructure projects and programs
for municipalities in Ontario. On large projects, he has
successfully and constructively engaged diverse stakeholders
including NGO's, regulatory agencies, municipal officials, and
local residents.
