Brad has more than 24 years of experience in the field of
environmental and geotechnical engineering. His experience includes
full familiarity with state and federal solid waste regulations as
they apply to waste management, including landfill planning,
design, operation, management and closure, as well as landfill gas
management and organics diversion. His landfill operations
experience has included guidance for municipal solid waste
facilities, paper sludge landfills, construction waste landfills,
incinerated sewage sludge ash lagoons, coal combustion ash
landfill, and cement kiln dust landfills.
