Bruce is responsible for licensing, operation,
and maintenance of water systems for agencies throughout Arizona,
including the Arizona Department of Corrections, the Arizona
Department of Transportation and the Arizona State Park System.
Activities include daily direction for staff involved in the
operation of water treatment facilities, production wells,
community and non-community water systems, rest areas and park
facilities. He provides direct oversight of water quality
assurance, monitoring, sampling, regulatory and compliance issues
for systems serving from 10 to 10,000 individuals per day.
