David, manager of our contract operations sub-group, GHD
Environmental Services, Inc., has over 30 years of comprehensive
experience in water, wastewater and environmental projects. He has
been responsible for the management, design, and contract
administration and construction oversight of over 300 projects for
public and private clients throughout the United States. He has a
technical background in wastewater treatment process engineering
and design, regulatory compliance, design of utility
infrastructure, and water and wastewater utility operations. David
joined GHD in 2004.
