David Hill has broad experience in the planning and analysis of
water resources and transportation infrastructure development
projects. This experience includes project scoping,
development of alternatives, contingency planning, economic and
financial analysis, risk analysis including Monte Carlo simulation,
and directing technical assistance efforts. Specific types of
infrastructure covered include: flood control structures,
locks and dams, navigation channels, ports, airports, rural
farm-to-market roads, small scale type I & II water supply
systems, and communal irrigation schemes.
