Resources. He has more than 20 years experience in planning,
engineering, architecture, project management and environmental
science. A civil engineer, David has significant experience in all
stages of delivery of infrastructure projects for government and
private sector clients including those in the mining, transport,
defence, property development and water sectors. David also has
experience in different delivery methods including traditional
delivery, D&C, PPP and EPCM.
