Eduardo is an electrical
engineer with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector in
Chile and business development across Latin American countries,
mainly Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, El Salvador and Panama.
Eduardo started his career with system studies, load flows,
protections, design engineering, planning and later moved to
project development, economic analysis, tariff and regulatory
studies, business development and business acquisition. Eduardo has
worked in power generation, transmission and distribution
companies, including independent power producers.
