Geoffrey is an engineer and project manager with substantial
government and private sector experience in the development and
delivery of major infrastructure programs and projects. Throughout
a 28-year career, he has built skills and experience in strategic
planning, infrastructure development and delivery and contract
management working across the three levels of government. His
successful management and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams
and liaison with government authorities, project sponsors and
community groups have maximised project acceptance and approval by
all stakeholders.
