infrastructure, specializing in study, design, and construction
services for water, wastewater, and solid waste projects. In recent
years, he has taken a strong interest in incorporating sustainable
concepts into his various projects. He has gained the experience to
successfully lead projects to completion by listening to clients’
needs and concerns; investigating creative and innovative
approaches; watching project costs to prevent project cost
overruns; dealing with the regulatory agencies in a professional
but firm manner; stressing constructability and operability of the
final design or recommendations; dealing with difficult issues as
they happen; making sure the project is completed on time and
within budget; and making sure the client is satisfied with the
