Jeff has more than 30 years
of experience in the field of environmental engineering and has
full familiarity with a variety of solid waste regulations as they
apply to solid waste facilities. He has given numerous
presentations related to solid waste facility siting, inactive
hazardous waste sites, landfill closures, municipal solid waste
(municipal solid waste) composting, organics management, and
leachate management at landfills. He has managed a variety of
multi-disciplined construction projects and served as the Principal
Manager for a state-of-the-art waste conversion project under a
design/build delivery system. Jeff has established himself as
a leader in alternative waste conversion technologies.
