John has more than 35 years of
environmental engineering experience, including the
responsibilities of Project Director and Project Manager for
numerous studies and designs of water, wastewater, solid waste
facilities, and general civil engineering projects. His experience
includes leading projects from concept through construction and
startup. He has served on state and local boards and commissions
regarding infrastructure and land use and is experienced in
presenting complex technical information to citizens and
policymakers.
