John Phillips is a civil engineer and senior manager at GHD. His
experience spans more than four decades in hydrology/hydraulic
projects. He has extensive knowledge in water management, dams and
soil mechanics, and has led projects in Australia, New Zealand,
Indonesia and across Europe. John has written more than 40
technical papers and is the recipient of no fewer than 6
Engineering Excellence awards.
