Kerry has nearly 40 years of experience in the
operation, engineering, maintenance and management of water and
wastewater facilities. He was an Operations Manager and
Utility Manager for multiple water and wastewater systems
throughout the United States and has been a consulting engineer and
utility operations and management specialist for more than 21
years. In addition, he managed his own firm providing
operations, engineering and management support and consulting for
water and wastewater utilities.
