Kirk has 19 years of civil engineering
experience, specializing in surface water planning and design. His
surface water experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic
modeling, preliminary design studies, stormwater management
facility design, municipal surface water comprehensive planning,
site development plan review, and final construction document
preparation. His recent project management experience includes the
126th Street Drainage Improvements for the City of Everett, GHD’s
efforts on Seattle Public Utilities’ Georgetown Flume Drainage
Improvements, and the Shattuck Avenue S Stormwater Bypass project
for the City of Renton.
Kirk has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Washington, and is a Registered
Professional Engineer in the states of Washington and
California.
