Paul is a civil engineer with more than 25 years
professional experience in the investigation, design and
construction of civil engineering infrastructure including water
supply, sewerage and drainage masterplans, assessment of water
supply provisions, wastewater collection and treatment systems,
wastewater recycling systems and drainage systems.
He has had significant involvement in projects in Australia,
Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Middle East.
