Paul is a lead Water/Wastewater Engineer in GHD's
Irvine Water Division, and is also the Office Manager. He has
undertaken the route selection, detailed design, documentation,
contract administration and site super vision of sewer and water
mains, various collection and transport systems including pump
stations, storage facilities, and has also conducted the hydraulic
analysis at sewage treatment plants.
Paul is currently part of the Owner's Engineering team
for the 50 MGD Carlsbad Desalination Plant where he provides
technical review and oversight on many facets of the project. Paul
integrates GHD's global experience in our design efforts in the
United States.
