Ray has over eight years of civil engineering
experience in urban land development. He has provided site design
for single and multi-family residences, educational facilities,
community centers, parks, commercial redevelopments, and roadway
infrastructure improvements. Ray provides a technical focus towards
sustainable design, efficient site layout and access, ADA pathways,
stormwater drainage investigations, and stormwater management. Ray
is proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, hydrologic and hydraulic
modeling analysis, land surveying practices, and the LEED
accreditation process.
Ray has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
from Seattle University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer
in the State of Washington and a LEED Accredited Professional.
