Robbert van-Oorschot joined GHD in March 1989, following
employment as a process systems engineer with the Kellogg
Corporation in The Netherlands and after completing his PhD at
Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) on the subject of hydrogen
sulphide generation in sewer slimes. He is GHD’s Service Line
Leader for Wastewater Treatment &
Recycling (includes biosolids management). He is a
specialist in wastewater treatment, BNR, sludge handling and
management, odour control and effluent reuse having managed and
contributed to over 60 such projects. Robbert has written and
contributed to more than 30 papers in these areas.
