Roop Lutchman has joined GHD as the Leader for Strategic
Business Consulting and is based in our Markham, Canada office.
Roop has more than 30 years of management consulting
and industry experience. His career spans 14 years in Oil
& Gas exploration and production market, as well as 17
years in management consulting. He has worked in both the public
and private sectors assisting clients with asset management,
strategic planning, business process re-design, organisational
development, maintenance management and CMMS
selection/implementation.
Roop has written numerous papers and presented at major
conferences. He is the author of three books: Computerized Work
Management Systems for Utilities and Plant Operations (2003),
Sustainable Asset Management (2006) and Creating and Managing
Sustainable Organizations (2011).
He is a member of the Water Environment Federation (Plant
Operations & Maintenance and Utility Management Committees),
American Water Works Association, American Society of Mechanical
Engineers and is also Director of the Plant Engineering and
Maintenance Association of Canada.
