Our Talent Exchange program enables movement of talented people across the breadth of our business to strengthen what is a truly connected global network. Individuals selected must have a strong track record of high performance and a current passport to be considered.
This new program is set up to create three broad talent pools, which are made up of:
- Graduate Exchange Program: for Graduates with 2-3 years' experience who meet a structured and transparent selection process and are up for the challenge of an overseas 'stretch' assignment.
- Experienced Talent Exchange: for people with a minimum of 5 years' experience, where a targeted skills gap and knowledge exchange need is required as part of our broader strategic focus.
- Critical Project Need: to create a pathway to mobilise highly skilled people across the business.
