Rachel McCaffery

Her corporate governance experience includes that of GHD subsidiary companies as well as industry associations; she is also a member of the Finance Committee. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. In addition, she is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. She is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Rachel is passionate about the sustainable growth of GHD’s business resulting from successful partnerships with our clients, and the career opportunities created for each employee through the delivery of exciting projects. She has served as the Executive Sponsor in the Americas for the WiNG (Women in GHD) Employee Resource Group and continues to be devoted to creating a culture at GHD in which each employee can develop and thrive.
