Pradeep is a pioneering leader in the digital transformation of water utility management. With over 20 years of global experience, he has been at the forefront of integrating real-time digital solutions and applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies to deliver transformative outcomes for major utilities and municipalities across continents including the United States, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.
His leadership and expertise include master planning, modelling, stormwater and flood management, asset management and digital solutions. Pradeep has been instrumental in winning high-profile projects for Los Angeles County Sanitation District, the City of Fort Myers, the City of Baltimore and the Detroit Water & Sewerage Department. Through his application of AI/ML in utility networks, he is driving the development of smarter, more sustainable infrastructure that empowers communities to manage water resources more effectively.
Pradeep has played a pivotal role in several commercially successful TX28 projects, including the development of the Dynamic Risk & Engineering Analytics Management System (DREAMS), a platform that integrates master planning, risk assessment and capital improvement prioritisation & optimisation. Recognised as a Chair’s Award finalist, DREAMS is now being scaled globally.
Beyond his technical leadership, Pradeep is committed to building communities of excellence and advancing best practices in water modelling and digital innovation. A dedicated mentor and educator, he regularly conducts training sessions and teaches university courses to upskill engineering professionals worldwide.
Pradeep’s industry stewardship is reflected in his active involvement with global organisations such as the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM), the Water Environment Federation, and Sustainable Water Infrastructure Management.
