GHD's Quality Policy statement supports our client service-led strategy and provides guidance to our connected network of professionals.

GHD's Quality Management System was first certified to ISO 9001 in Australia in February 1993 and in North America in December 1999. Since initial certification it has evolved and improved alongside GHD's international expansion. What began as a Quality Assurance System within Australia has grown into a global Quality Management System which is supported in GHD offices in Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, Europe and the Pacific region. Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and SGS in North America, have been part of GHD's journey and provide independent auditing of our Quality Management System.

GHD operates an integrated approach to project planning, setup, management and review via our project management database which incorporates project management cycles, risk management, knowledge management and is also used to address the requirements of our Quality Management System and Health Safety and Environment Management System at the project level.
