GHD has been recognized by Disability:IN as one of the '2024 Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion' for its operations in Canada, the U.K., and the U.S. This accolade highlights GHD's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace, as evidenced by their high scores in the Disability Equality Index (DEI).

GHD was named by Disability:IN as a “2024 Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” for its operations in Canada, the U.K., and the U.S. GHD earned top scores in the Disability Equality Index (DEI), a tool used by Disability:IN to benchmark corporate disability inclusion policies and programs.

This is the second consecutive year that our U.S. business has achieved this recognition. Participating companies receive a score on a scale of 0 to 100, with those scoring 80 or higher earning the distinction of Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion for the benchmark year. GHD businesses were top scorers with the U.S. and Canada receiving scores of 90 and our U.K. business receiving a score of 80.

The awards were announced in July at the Disability:IN Global Conference & Expo, where Tanuja Padala, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Tammy Hall, East People Leader, and Sadaf Parvaiz, Enterprise Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Leader, accepted the awards on behalf of GHD. More than 70% of Fortune 100 companies and nearly half of the Fortune 500 participated in this year’s survey, for the Fortune 1000 and Am Law 100 to measure disability workplace inclusion against competitors. Now in its tenth year, the DEI exists to help businesses make a positive impact on the unemployment/underemployment of people with disabilities.

Disability:IN is a global organisation driving disability inclusion and equality in business. More than 500 corporations partner with Disability:IN to create long-term business and social impact through DEI—the world’s most comprehensive disability inclusion benchmarking and reporting tool.
