Rachel Todd has been appointed Company Secretary at GHD, a leading professional services company with 10,000 employees globally.
Rob Knott, Chair, comments, “We are delighted to welcome Rachel as we continue to build a great employee-owned enterprise. Rachel brings extensive legal and governance experience to support the work of the Board, helping us meet our regulatory and compliance obligations in all 14 countries of operations.”
Rachel says, “Being passionate about sustainability and corporate social responsibility, I was very much drawn to GHD’s mission of building sustainable living environments for future generations. I was also very impressed with the strength and diversity within the global Board and leadership teams, whom I will be working with closely. In addition, the employee-owned structure, which I believe drives a positive and invested culture, is a key differentiator for an organisation of this scale. I am excited to be supporting GHD’s directors, officers, employee shareholders and the wider teams around the globe”.
