Global professional services company GHD has ranked #29 in Top 150 Global Design Firms 2025 survey.
Rachel Todd has been appointed Company Secretary at GHD, a leading professional services company with 10,000 employees globally.

An experienced legal practitioner in Australia and the UK, Rachel was most recently General Counsel at global building materials company Holcim, where she was also responsible for leading the company secretarial, compliance and property functions. She is based in Sydney.
