Todd Graham, P.E. joins our U.S. Federal Sector business as our new Federal Business Development Leader. A licensed civil engineer, he brings more than 23 years of professional experience in the management consulting and defense industries. Based in Chantilly, VA, he will report to Lisa Brandon, U.S. Federal Sector Executive Leader.

Todd Graham, P.E. joins our U.S. Federal Sector business as our new Federal Business Development Leader. A licensed civil engineer, he brings more than 23 years of professional experience in the management consulting and defense industries. Based in Chantilly, VA, he will report to Lisa Brandon, U.S. Federal Sector Executive Leader.

Graham’s experience includes leading the delivery of infrastructure, environmental and energy management expertise to federal clients with a focus on defense and intelligence agencies. He is a senior expert in the areas of facilities planning and management, and environmental management at the headquarters, major command, and installation levels.

“Todd’s experience developing infrastructure, environmental, and energy management business with the Department of Defense and intelligence agencies adds tremendous strength to our global leadership team,” said Lisa Brandon. “His expertise and solid relationships in the sector will play an essential role to help further expand GHD’s impact in the Federal market.”

Graham is currently a Colonel in the Maryland Air National Guard, where he most recently served as a Commander of the 235th Civil Engineer Flight. He previously served as an active-duty civil engineer officer in the Air Force and held assignments at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX, and Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington, D.C. During his time in the Air National Guard, Graham was activated to support Operation ENDURING FREEDOM at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan, and Operations ALLIES REFUGE and ALLIES WELCOME with Headquarters Air Force Directorate of Civil Engineers at the Pentagon.
