GHD and VHA partner to support housing and employment opportunities for veterans
GHD and Veteran Housing Australia (VHA) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to support housing projects and employment opportunities for veterans.
VHA provides secure, affordable, long-term rental housing for the veteran community. Its parent company, Carry On was founded in Victoria 90 years ago to assist veterans and their families through emergency accommodation, education grants and financial aid.
Through our partnership with VHA, GHD will:
- Provide pro bono technical assistance to support housing projects and developments
- Assist with developing pathways to employment opportunities at GHD
- Support veteran community activities and other fundraising events.
