ATLANTA, Ga., August 11, 2025 - GHD, a leading professional services company, and Oyamacor, a firm specializing in environmental consulting, remediation and civil construction, have formed a strategic joint venture to deliver comprehensive power and utility solutions. Our teams are currently delivering projects, including decommissioning, design-build stormwater management and environmental services.
