Helping our people assess and take care of their wellbeing has always been a priority at GHD.

Helping our people assess and take care of their wellbeing has always been a priority at GHD.

Since 2021, our annual GHD’s Got Talent competition has been an opportunity for our people around the world to share what they do when they are away from the computer screen and in their community. This wellbeing initiative reinforces our workplace culture by celebrating our people, strengthening connections across our global business, and inspiring our people with new ways they can support their physical and mental wellbeing.

“It turns out we have rock stars, rappers, artists, highline walkers and movie directors amongst our 11,000 people globally. I am in awe of the calibre of talent on display and the passion and commitment of our people,” Jan Sipsma, Chief People Officer shares. “Initiatives like GHD’s Got Talent reinforce the unique workplace culture we have at GHD and remind everyone to bring their whole selves to work.

Our winners receive a cash prize as well as a GHD Foundation grant to match for mission aligned charities, helping provide additional support to the communities they serve.
