Martha Crawford
Martha J. Crawford, PhD is an accomplished board director and executive with some 30 years of international leadership in sustainable infrastructure, environmental services, and technological innovation. Since 2012, she serves as Operating Partner at Macquarie Asset Management, advising portfolio companies in waste management and circular economy. She also serves as Independent Director for Blink Charging (BLNK) and Houston American Energy Corporation (HUSA). Previously, she held senior executive roles with L’Oréal, Areva, Air Liquide, and the OECD. She also served on the boards of SUEZ S.A., ALTRAN Technologies, and IPSEN Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Crawford holds a PhD and MS in Engineering from Harvard University SEAS, an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris, and an Executive Certificate in Private Equity from Columbia Business School. She taught courses in corporate governance and energy innovation at Harvard Business School, 2016 - 2019. Knighted by President Sarkozy in 2012 for advancing industrial sustainability in France, she brings recognized expertise in strategy, governance, and innovation. A dual U.S.–French citizen, she resides in Connecticut.
