Career Pathways
Career Pathways is bespoke tool GHD uses to guide career planning. It is an innovative program designed to help people develop their portfolio of skills and experiences for future roles. Underpinned by an interactive web portal featuring resources tailored to each career stage, it gives our people the tools and support they need to take charge of their own career paths.
Our approach to career planning at GHD encourages the development of a portfolio of skills and experiences, providing the capability for a variety of future roles.
At GHD we develop career objectives using four disciplinary pathways:
- Technical and design
- Operational management
- Business development & marketing

GHD's approach to professional development is structured but not scripted. You're set off on your journey and provided with the support to follow your own path whether this is a technical specialism, management role, leader or business development, to name but a few.
