Using examples for Australia, Singapore and the UAE, David outlines potential ways to attract infrastructure funding from the New Zealand Superannuation fund, overseas investors or developers, and even foreign governments.

“In summary, we have been living beyond our means for decades,” David said. “We know what the options are, and it’s time to get on and do this.”
