The Victorian Government is undertaking a project to remove 50 of Melbourne's most dangerous and congested level crossings.
The eight-year project is the government's largest ever of its kind and involves multiple design stages, construction sites, road closures and temporary changes to rail services.
The government appointed GHD to research community concerns, involve communities and key stakeholders in decision-making processes, and keep them informed about changes happening in their local area. Our team is creating information that is timely, accurate and communicated in simple language, using compelling visual tools. We are also leading the Social Pin Point online interactive feedback tool, complementing face-to-face community engagement programs.
We are proud to be associated with a project that will make road and rail travel in Melbourne safer and faster. Importantly, we will have facilitated stakeholders and communities playing a key role in shaping a major public transport infrastructure project.
