At GHD we’re continually looking at opportunities to advance gender equality and provide enhanced benefits to our people. This is why from 1 January 2023, we are offering paid parental leave in all countries where we operate.

GHD already offers paid parental leave in many jurisdictions within which it operates; however, this will be the first time it will be available in all of our locations.
Furthermore, from 1 July 2023, GHD will offer a consistent minimum number of weeks of paid parental leave regardless of gender or career status, and we will be using gender-neutral terminology in our policies.
