GHD expands Atlanta presence with second office location
ATLANTA – 27 April, 2026 – GHD, a global professional services company operating in the water, transportation, environmental and energy markets, has opened a second office location in the Atlanta Metro area, marking an expansion of its local presence.
This new space supports GHD’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Atlanta area and provide a collaborative workspace for the firm’s growing teams in the region. GHD also has an office in Buford, Georgia, in Gwinnett County.
The firm celebrated its new presence with an open house and tour at the Ravinia Drive office, where guests had the opportunity to meet members of GHD’s Atlanta team and some of our North American leadership.
“This new office reflects our continued investment in Atlanta and our commitment to supporting clients and communities across the region,” said Garrett Skinner, GHD Atlanta Market Leader.
GHD was recently selected by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division to deliver the Assimilative Capacity Water Quality Modeling program, a key initiative that supports regional water planning efforts and technical evaluations that inform permitting decisions.
In addition, through the GHD Foundation and GHD in the Community, the firm is supporting initiatives focused on workforce pathways and access to STEM education across Metro Atlanta, including partnering with industry organizations such as ACEC (American Council on Engineering Companies) on programs like Girls Meet Engineer Day, where young women are introduced to engineering through hands-on experiences and conversations about future careers.
